Coaching Supervision and CPD

Supervision is a professional, reflective partnership that gives you protected time to pause, think carefully about your work. It offers a confidential, non‑judgemental space to explore your coaching practice, your clients, and your development as a coach.

Professional coaching bodies such as EMCC, Association for Coaching and the ICF recognise supervision as a core element of good coaching practice and an important way of upholding ethics and standards in our profession. It is a requirement for coaching accreditation.

My Supervision offer

I am currently completing my ILM 7 Coaching Supervision qualification and building my practice hours for accreditation. During this period, I'm offering reduced‑fee supervision.

I work with

  • Experienced coaches

  • New coaches

  • Internal coaches in organisations who need a safe, external space to reflect.

  • Leaders who use coaching as part of their role.

1:1 Supervision  -    £500 for 4 x 1 hour sessions through the year

  • A tailored space focused on you, your clients and your development as a coach.

  • Time to go deeper into questions, patterns and themes in your work.

  • Especially helpful at key transition points (starting out, re‑positioning your practice, working towards accreditation, or navigating complex client work).

Group Supervision (max 5) - £200 for 4x 2 hour sessions through the year

  • Small groups of up to five coaches, so there is genuine space for everyone.

  • Learn from real coaching dilemmas, different styles and approaches.

  • Exposure to a range of client contexts and systems, widening your perspective.

Builds connection and community.

A more cost‑effective way to access regular, well‑held supervision.

This is an open group offer, with various session dates to choose from across the year.
